  • Concord Fire Alarm is the Contract Communications Center for the Capital Area Mutual Aid Fire Compact (CAMAFC)
  • The Fire Alarm Dispatch Office is located at the Concord Fire Department Headquarters complex
  • CAMAFC covers an area of 770.41 square miles with a 2020 Census population of 132,362.
  • The Communications Center handled 21,889 runs in 2014 and 22,348 runs in 2015.
  • Concord Fire Alarm is the full service back-up communications center for Lakes Region Mutual Fire Aid including toning, radio and telephone.

UHF Scanner Feed System

The UHF Scanner Feed system broadcasts traffic received at the communications center on Channel 1 as well as fireground traffic from a remote site on the below frequencies to the scanner feed receiver, which carries the audio over various scanner feeds an apps. Additionally, select CFD and Capital Area mobiles and portables are programmed to monitor the frequencies.
