Encryption This is a list of all full time encrypted agencies. Only primary channels, that are 90% or more encrypted are listed here. Secondary channels (i.e. TAC) are not here. Towns that have selectable encryption but operate primarily in the clear are not here. Private entities are not here, however colleges and hospitals may show up at a later time.
