Map Link(pdf) Massachusetts 351 towns and cities are served by three investor owned utility electric companies, except for 50 towns which are served by municipally owned and operated electric utilities. In addition, there are seven investor owned utility gas companies that serve all towns and cities, except for 4 towns are served by municipally owned Three municipal electric companies offer Cable TV service, along with a fourth that offers cable internet service. Comcast and Spectrum do not use radios for service calls. They use company provided cellular service phones.
