During the first of 2009, Cumberland County will be installing a five site VHF narrow band- simulcast -3 channel radio system. Proposed sites are: Gray (WPXT site), Quaker Hill (AT&T cell site) in Casco, Harrison (Crown site), Brunswick/Harpswell, and Portland (Back Bay Tower).
