In Strafford County most Fire Departments are dispatched by the County Sheriff's Office either on the Fire Dept.'s Freq or on Strafford County's Freq. in analog mode. There are also a few Town Fire Dept.'s dispatched by Lakes Region Mutual Fire Aid Association (LRMFA) and some of the southern town dispatch themselves.
